Alex, I am getting tired of having to explain the facts to you considering you dont even buy content.
Hell if you are so concerned about our content spend the time and go to the website and read all about it before you offer an opinion or advice.
Rock Bottom Content is not the primary producers on any of the foreign content we sell.
The list of all the primary producers are available on the website. We acquired the original contracts from Isis to sell the foreign content.
Which does not make us the primary producer. I will not disclose to you or this board the details of the contracts but I can assure those that need content that we have discussed this with our attorney and we are compliant.
To put this to rest
ALL content we sell is compliant.
The need to inform our customers is not an issue since we supply all the necessary docs.
Most if not all the the foreign content we sell is soft core and some isn't even deemed explicit sexual content by the new regs.
So on some sets the IDs are not even required per the new regs.
There are distinct regulation differences and record keeping requirements for content that was produced prior to June 23rd 2005 and of course ALL the content was produced prior to June 23rd, 2005.
Do me a small favour if and when you start buying content and you have any concerns as to the compliancy of the content we provide.

And as far as your "advising me" to seek other council well that is for lack of a better word, ignorant.
I would think our attorney who was invited to be a keynote speaker last week at Cybernext in San Diego
would be a solid choice for representation and certainly a strong advocate on the subjects at hand.
Considering the resources at his disposal with the law firm he is a partner of with several other partners
who specialize in this very field and have been keynote speakers at Internext and several other webmaster conferences.
I am repeating myself, you may have a good knowledge of deciphering the new 2257
but again I state you are not an attorney so please stop speculating.
I'm glad Jim took the position to hire an attorney with whom he is meeting shortly.
I strongly recommend that others do the same.
