I mean, the ACLU which admitedly has their shit together on a much higher level than the FSC... they dont sit by and watch someone get prosecuted just because he's not a member.
If they did then when a member was prosected they'd have just that much bigger of a fight to finish.
I'm not saying the FSC guys are smart enough to realize that but I sincerely fucking hope so.
