Since your membership records to the DOJ will be sealed, I assume that additional domains and urls will not be covered under your agreement with the DOJ. They're asking for the root domains, abc.com, def.net, etc. If they want to inspect you for abc.com/pussy-farts/queef.html they'll look for abc.com on the list.
This is all just based on the info I have been given.
