I just finished boarding up all the windows and doors, gassed up the generator, changed my address, updated my whois info to 1600 pennsylvania ave, tossed the D.L and I.D. etc.
All in all it doesn't matter... if they find you are in non compliance, when the injunction ends they can prosecute you back to june 23. All the FSC has done is put a temporary hold on inspections and prosecutions until they can appeal....if they lose the appeal then everyone still has to be compliant as of june 23 and can be prosecuted even if you were a member of the FSC.
But don't take my word for it. I may be misunderstanding or misreading something.
