Depends on what level you want to review stats.....you could go mainstream if it's really important to know every single click someone does on anything throughout your site and if you need it for advertising programs, I'd say webtrends is the one...I know with my web host they offer AWStats which I find pretty decent. For others, I am sure more responses here will help you out
