My goodness Jim! That's a lot money. How have you not snapped?
The 'friend' that showed me this opportunity to make a living made me a few promises:
1. He would always be there to help me.
2. If I wanted to, I could copy his style.
Once I got the hang of this freesite thing he then pulls a "I've done my job" line and began to punk me off at will. I used to consider this person a very good friend and often referred to him as "my best" friend.
Well, more time passed and I swallowed my pride and made the effort to call this piece of shit and patch things up. It seemed to work for quite a while. Then one day, a week after my last birthday, he calls me up and accuses me "trying to steal" his search engine position for one of his sites! |shocking|
His claims were ludicrious and I tried to remind him of his point #2 but he would not let me get a word in edge wise and closed his arguement with a "stop surfing my fucking sites you fuck" line and abruptly hung up the phone. I was in shock.|shocking|
This 'person' makes the kind of money every month that ALL of us aspire to, well into the 5 figures range trust me.
I guess it just goes to show you that money does change some people, sometimes for the better, but most times as in this case, for the worse.
Its been more than a month since we have spoken and frankly I don't give a fuck about him anymore.
I would never get a newbie involved in this without being there for that person to help get them to a level that they felt comfortable with. To all you so called 'mentors' out there that really do mentor, you are doing a great job.
To the fucking idiots that pretend to be friends and mentors, go to hell.
