Get rid of more free samples, sell more or at least make a catchy enter line to visit the tour. And then the tour...
That tour is possibly the least inspiring ever and I just cant see why anyone would bother to signup for it. I looked at it couldnt fathom out a) what the site was about, and b) why I would want to join.
Remember you have on average 8 seconds to grab their attention, I was clicking back within about 3 or 4 I reckon.
