I would actually say that more recips is better, because this will boost PR of the freesite which means that LL owners and the submitter will benefit from this. I think LL owners with recip restrictions should think twice about this. Itīs better to make one freesite with 24 recips than 4 copies with 6 recips, becuase they will get banned by google for duplicate content. If LL owners had some SEO in mind they should add a rule which would mean that the submitter only can submit one copy of their site and it should contain alot of recips, maybe 24+.
