GG & J: you might want to run a link checker over you list - I found 2 sites (and I didn't click more than 20%) re-directing to full-page ads on different domains!

Thanks for the tip, and it's certainly a good one for somebody who wants to start with submissions. In my case: sorry, but I'm not that desperate, and simply don't have the time In that time I'd rather make another 'standard gallery' and submit it where I get listed!
Plus with a one-off submission to any of the big guys your chances are very slim anyhow.

The TGPs who list heaps of sponsor hosted galleries leave only very poor traffic to you. Just look over sites like Easygals/Simplegals where the first 30-60 listings are all hosted galleries. This guy lists my stuff from time to time (harvested from other tgps - not submitted!) and I have yet to see a single sign-up from his traffic. To submit there would be a waste of time, energy, and bandwidth.
