have a problem with the go.php

is this right ?

$TEMPLATE = '/cgi-bin/ucj/c.cgi?u=##Gallery_URL##&p=45'

becouse i get an error in line 25:
$ENCODE = TRUE;

then i tried to set it to FALSE - but it didnt work

can anyone help me out ? wouldt love to get my pricy trade script up and running
