The small programs with just a few sites offer better support indeed, probably because the owners are much more into the niches they offer than the large ones who have 50+ sites within 15-20 niches.
But almost all of these smaller programs can only survive when they offer the 50% recurring payout and not the 4.95 trial/ $35 payout the bigger ones offer and which we all like so much..
Anyway I find myself signing up and promoting the smaller ones more and more lately.
