Bring the drive in and show them. Most cases can be hooked up via usb and you can retreive all the data for around 30 bucks. But man that totally sucks, looks like a truck ran it over.

I'll give that a try. I'm no good with hardware or I'd consider doing something on my own. Gives me an excuse to escape this little backwater hole for a day at least.
