I would suggest taking a look at
http://www.wsnlinks.com . Nice script with lots of features. I think with the new upgrade you can import links into it. Not sure yet on that. We haven't changed to the new version yet. I would highly recommend wsnlinks. Great support and very flexible and customizable script plus you can use it on 3 domains not just one. Reasonably priced too I think it's $50 bucks but well worth it.
