Its already been kinda hinted at here - if you build free sites and add the link on the gallery and main pages thats a good start - also remember to always put your own LL recip with the other recips on every mirror you ever submit
doesnt seem like a lot but over a year or so of submitting it makes for bunches of traffic. An make sure your category pages are set up for SEs - not just the index or main page of the LL
