I'm *so* happy you have a Wish List. Why the *** doesn't every content provider do this I've no clue. Usually it's a chore to find what I want.
A wish list is an awesome feature on an E-commerce site.
I'll stick you in my *really* short list of providers.
One thing, it would be rather handy to be able to see *all* sets of a woman. When I clicked on Lea Martini I figured I'd see all her stuff.
I know content providers really need to watch their expenses, but if you can program I think that function would help. Could I punch Lea Martini into your search, sure, but clickin' the name and having all her stuff come up (I'd open a new browser window) would be very nice.
If not right away- you'll see me make some purchases from your site.
Here would be my ideal content provider's website features. Not regarding your site in particular, but addressing the 50+ I've come across:
1) Easy, clean navigation
2) A few samples of Large images. 3 is plenty to get a feel.
3) Ability to see the entire set in viewable sized thumbnails. often thumbs are too small to help in any way even at just 1152x864.
4) WISH LIST feature is a *major* plus
5) If video clips have screen caps to show
6) A good searchable database is a MUST
7) Less categories. I've seen sites that have 'beauty', 'glamour', 'stars', 'centerfolds', 'sex stars', and more... Silvia Saint would be under which of those? All, some...what?
8) SORTING funtions in results pages. I clicked on Pornstars on your site and 16 results pages came up. There is no particular order to the record set. I would love to sort by:
Alphabetical, Resoloution, Date Added, PRICE (usually I like the more *expensive* stuff), anything else would be a bonus.
9) Pop-up chromeless windows that don't let me resize annoys me. I see no need to limit window resizing. It's easier to get a quick feel for a set in say a 1024x768 window than postage stamp sized windows.
10) Ability to buy individual pics at a slight premium. Yeah- this takes a good bit of work. Failing that:
11) Ability to buy *parts* of sets. Ashley from redroommedia splits her sets up.
I guess this is it. I know you content guys have it tough- really. I haven't come across a single provider who has had all these funtions yet. Of course, they need to have good content for any of the above to matter.
Gonna play on your site a few minutes, LM. Some sweet stuff in there.
PS- In your cart- the ability to selct Delete OR "Move to Wishlist" is
super smart at the cart level.
