With a 50/50 split that's 1/2 of $40,000 a month. Take out another $10k in over head including processing fees, hosting, advertising and other things and you're left with about $10k a month.
That's not bad at all and when you add in new sales and upsells I'm sure they're making good money but they're asking for a lot.
