I don't know if the new story is from a legit site? I mean that mail pic could be from anyplace. I only watch the big 3 for most of my news anyway.

They'd have to do something to explain why the mail looks like that, they've got a legal obligation to deliver it, and a little piece of paper is a hell of a lot cheaper than printing a bunch of letters
