There are a lot of things that can affect bandwith price
#1 thing are the faciltys and the people that work there
a guy with a few servers in his basement and a backup gas generator isnt gonna have the overhead of a company in a real data center building with racks of back up battery power
I know the company I am at a few years ago invested a couple mil for emergency back up power
something like that is gonna make the prices go up a bit
