One thing to be aware of with banner rotators is that you can get declined by some LLs if you have a hardcore banner rotated onto the index page - it's a good idea to separate out the hard and softcore banners for this reason. IMHO it's better to put really targetted custom ads in your sites though (but using an ad management system so you can swap sponsors around easily).
