After you download and spider your site. Generate a URL list file click the "Generate Tab" and then goto "URL list for export". then choose "Simple text listing.txt" and then click "OK" save the file as "urllist.txt". And then upload it to your server...
Then submit the url to the "urllist.txt" to Yahoo.com, witch can be found here:
http://search.yahoo.com/info/submit.html
yahoo will crawl your site about 300 - 400 times aday... adding about 200 of your pages a week depending on your sites size/page count...
