I'd go $100 because it is a cool name. It has no back links and there will be no type in traffic so I don't understand why it would be worth $4k.
It always amazes me how people don't understand that you either have type in traffic or you need to develop a name. Sex.com gets type in traffic. Yahoo developed a name.
