i would say yes for legal at the age of 21 but for real the kids in holland are not that wise as the kids in the USA with the age of 16, our kids need an drivens lisence to drive an how the fuck you call that thing an moped?(mmm isnt that frence?) with the usa they can drive an car???? you have to be 18 here to drive an car, strange is you have to be 16 to have sex, oke ones again i dont agree with the fucking goverment, its soooo bullshit, i grew up totally different then the youth now in holland, i see kids 16 guys babysitting for money??? hell my guy went into court with that age for stealing.........all i try to prevent my kids for the bad things because yes with brains and working you can make huge money, i did so can my kids.....but how do i prevent they buy drugs legal???? oke i threaten them i will break their legs
