Jug,

use this tool to see the keyword density for certain words and phrases as they appear in your content http://www.searchengineworld.com/cgi-bin/kwda.cgi

then pick the words and phrases that come up teh most often here, use some judgment to drop those phrases that are not likely to actually be used in search. (The spider will grab key phrases from the begining of one sentance and the end of another sometimes giving you a nonsensical phrase.) Put those top phrases in your keywords meta tags. Dont bother with keywords you dont actually use as content on the page. waste of time

Your logo graphic is hard to read. Its a nice looking font but not very readable. This has nothing to do with seo just my opinion.

For your Title phrase on that page "Cam Host List is a listing of independent adult web cam hosts." use H1 tags. and then tweak the font smaller if normal H1 is just too large. using H tags is an important part of on page optimization. MSN loves em. I see you are using H3 right now. It is important to get your most important key phrases inside H tags.

In your keyword list why bother with this "MSN Yahoo ICQ AIM Cams"? would anyone ever do a search for that term? Place your most relevant keywords at teh begining of your keyword list.

And here is a secret weapon for finding teh top search terms people actualy use when they are searching http://www.nichebot.com/o/

this amazing tool tells you the number of searches done on the Yahoo network in the last 60 days. It then breaks it down into related search phrases. Start with a single word, broad phrase, and it will tell you how often searches are made for that word and other phrases with that word in it. Plus it gives you teh number of pages in google that have that phrase in it and teh ratio of pages to searches. Target some of the lesser searched phrases at the bottom where there is less competition. Once you get some traffic coming in from that, then start aiming for teh more competitive terms now that you have some PR and google recognizes your URL has been around for a while.

Here are part of the results for teh word "cams" (the tools drops teh s off most plurals)

web cam 3,797,601 26,700,000 2,780,000 0.73
live sex cam 326,276 2,310,000 652,000 2.00
cam144,963 25,300,000 28,600,000 197.29
beach cam 114,649 1,860,000 158,000 1.38
free web cam 79,357 8,320,000 475,000 5.99
live web cam 78,215 7,450,000 946,000 12.09
web cam girl 73,827 1,870,000 153,000 2.07
live cam 59,775 5,640,000 866,000 14.49
sex cam 50,576 9,110,000 1,450,000 28.67

the term "web cam" gets 3.7million searches and there are 26.7million pages out there with those words but only 2.6million have that exact keyphrase for a ratio of 0.73 pages for every search. Targeting the phrase "sex cam" would be difficult as it is highly competitive with a ratio of 28.67 pages to every 1 search. But "web cam girl" has a very low ratio and gets 50% more traffic. you will often find some phrases that are hypercompetitive because they are too obvious, but many webmasters dont think hard enough about the phrases people actually use so you can sometime find a nice phrase that is not very competitive but gets a good amount of traffic. Then just build your pages around that phrase and get that phrase in the Anchor text of your back links and you will place very well, eventually. you can get top rankings on MSN within a couple weeks (too easy) but MSN only gets about 10% of SE traffic. Google takes lots and lots of time.
