gg u said u have 4 years worth of data to loose on reinstall what kezza said makes sense the server is searching through to so many files and conn is timing out before its job is done thats my 2 cents, can you save half of them and clean some out, that would be bad to loose your blacklist files
the people that are able to submit what kind of conn do they have and loc your in ny is server there am in ohio its odd that some can some cant if script was at fault, oh your getting them in the admin sorry duh that might be the only thing is to delete and start over
