Hey Sue,
My damned script acts up like that sometimes and I'm getting ZERO help from support...they're blaming my server yet I know about 4 other users with the same problem.
If it's not too much trouble, email me the URLs you submitted and I'll get them from the "unconfirmed email" que and review them. If you're not getting the confirmation emails it's my script and not you, and all I can say is that I apologize and once my new script is done the problem will be gone
