I have been submitting to Richards since I got started and actually just signed up for the $35.00 account early this month. I am totally happy with the results! Made my money back in the first week. If ya ask me ( and no one did lol) it's well worth it.
But yeah I get denied from time to time and unless the reason is "content to common" I useually resubmit and end up getting approved. I like the fact that whatever the situation you Always get an email if you've been listed or not. This kind of top notch customer service backed up with real traffic that converts makes them a class act in my book.
That's my .02 anyway.....
