Well, if they have issues with their Korean partner, then they are unable to pay .... Only if they resolve their issues, then they will be able to ..... am I getting this right?
Didn't Ibill say the same thing. It wasn't their fault but of their partner 'First Data' ????
Honestly, I don't see the point why they use this as a reason as Korean payments make up a small fraction of payments, only. If they hold back the funds from Korea and pay out the rest, I would fully understand it. No problem at all. But they hold back ALL funds for 4 months now. That is pretty BAD !!!!
