You need to send at least a few hits each day or you get deleted, but you can always sign up and try again.
What happens at me end you ask…
Next time I login to my traffic admin I see you in there waiting for approval. Providing you have submitted a link list or TGP and your page is legal, doesn't mess with the browser and doesn't have any consoles I approve it and then it will start sending hits back.
To get in the trade table you need to send enough hits to be there. How many hits varies, today it looks like it would need to be at least 30 hits to be near the bottom.
Also the script would keep track of how many hits I owe you and would display your list instead of a gallery sometimes in order to pay what is owed to you.
There are no special link codes for all of this as the page you send hits to has a bit of php code in it that sets a cookie in the surfer's browser that tells the script where the referral came from.
