i have to say, I really try and give people the benefit of the doubt.... however, if he already has an attorney it makes me kind of suspiscious. I wonder if he will be going after the producers of the video.

granted, I think its good they made the anouncement. whether or not he decieved them intentionally it doesnt matter - he is still underage. but it makes me nervous concerning the 2257 regs. will this be used as evidence in support of the new regs?

I'm wondering whether all producers will now just start running background checks on performers to verify they are adults - maybe some of the larger companies already do so.
