Thanks Darryl for helping me and looking into it.
Looks like the problem got resolved and I will receive payments again. If anybody has similar problems, I would suggest to contact Darryl as he can get things going.
If customer service would have been more responsive before or would have forwarded my inquiries to the porper people, I would have never needed to start this thread.
Just to make one thing clear: I didn't want to give an impression that Verotel was about to close doors. I was just trying to express my opinion that it seemed to me that they had payment problems because they were (A) not paying me and (B) not giving any reply to numerous request and emails about why they don't pay and when they will resume payments.
