It`s kind of hard to say. Another reason I`ve left that to the sponsors. I`ll mention free trial or whatever on my link list and things like that where I maintain it but really nowhere else.
You also touched on some traffic targeting strategies when sending to full page ads, join pages or specific tour pages. That`s all on the webmaster though to figure out what works for them.
