Ours was supposed to be delivered today.. but they showed up YESTERDAY.. go figure.. luckily someone was here to accept it.. and they were "kind" enough to put it in the house, not leave it on the porch. grrrrrr...
as to Bob: Obviously he's trying to prove that Welch made an error in choosing Jeffrey Inmelt over him.. and now with all the Separate "niche" stores HD is spinning, Bob is trying to make HD the GE of Retail. well at least the stock is back up to 35. it was 39 when he took over, jump to a high i think of 53 and fell to 23. 3 of his new directors he took from GE.
In my opinion, having a consistant customer experience is important, whether it's in Paducha, Peoria or Puyallup. We all laugh at Wally World, but one thing you can say for them, each time you go there you know the store is going to be crowded, you know you'll be able to find 1 or 10 packs of Boxers, and their cashiers graduated from the Micky D's school of Customer service.
Consistency!!
as far as the commission, maybe i could just tell lazy boy to apply it towards their training efforts, like scheduling and receiving.
LMAO..
