I don't even check out links to 2257 page. I send 30-50 visitors to each site usually. How many of them click to that links? Probably no one. So who cares about 2257 page? I don't care. But i'm really care about some too picky and too small LL owners who lose submiters because of their requirements...
Though exploits, dialers and other crap like that not allowed on 2257 page.
