Then don't fucking bother submitting. I love the fact that some people think small link lists should just be gracious cocksuckers and accept any fucking thing submitted to them. It's bullshit. Some of us want to build quality lists that surfers trust and bookmark. I'm not going to throw MY FUCKING RULES out the window because a few submitters bitch and moan because I won't let them fuck me any more than they'd fuck Greenie or Richard.
BTW, it's the same policy on the big lists.
