Sue - I kind of felt that way too...I needed the submits & felt a bit pretentious declining sites just because there was a tiny scroll.
Then I thought - you know, I have to build my sites to conform with all these rules, why should someone else not have to? The rules aren't terribly restrictive, everyone knows them (or should) and unless there's some wierd rule like you can't use the color blue, then everyone either conforms or doesn't get accepted -period.
It's like having kids - you have to get the rules down right from the start cuz it gets harder as they get bigger (spoken from experience
