When I lived in Indiana, it was the chickens that would awaken me. When I lived in Maryland outside DC, it was the jake brakes on the trucks approaching the exit ramp near our home.

Here, its that 10 million candlepower spotlight that somehow found a crack in the vertical blinds in the bedroom. I woke up and both of my arms were still asleep -- this bothers me because I know they'll be up all night.

And, its my wife's and sister's birthday today. No, I did not marry my sister, my sister and my wife share the same date for each of their birthdays. Two different people.
