iframes do allow for cookies from the sponsor. Iframes are popular in the non-adult world, but pretty much death in the adult world.
Remember that you do no control the content of that iframe - and that can mean anything up to spyware, hacks, and viruses. Be very careful who you allow to be in your on site iframes.
