Open up links.cfg and find:

# PATH of sendmail. # SMTP Server
$db_mail_path = ' '; $db_smtp_server = ' ';

You need to set one of these, preferably sendmail... So ask your host what the path to sendmail is on your server and put it between the two ' '.
