Actually most of the LL owners around here can pick out a fake name pretty easily - and we do on a daily basis
I can tell you that the fact is that most larger LLs will not list you if you use whois protection.
koalat - the one thing that would have dumped the submit before we even made it into the whois database is the title - having the name of a paysite in the title will get you declined pretty much everywhere
