Well first off this is the wrong forum to post in, probably the Newbie section would have been more appropriate.
Second, your free-site should not have the same name as your pay site. A free site with the word video in it should have videos.
Third you have more then 3 outbound links on several of your pages.
I'm not going to go any further as it's not my favorite type of content to spend too much time inspecting,
but I suggest you go to link-o-rama and read his rules page as you are breaking several of them. If you build a site that follows his rules it will be accepted at most other link lists.
