#1 - definately not - I never use them on index page
#3 - definately not - I allways put clear 2257 link on my pages
it could be only #2 but I doubt that too, well... there is possibility I've chosen wrong category by mistake but I'm sure it wasn't my habbit OR reviewer decided content not matchnig category I submited (I doubt that too
)
What is more - last site I submited WAS ADDED to your list so I was really confused..
Anyway, thanks for removing my domain from blacklist!
