Linkster is correct. We do not in any way hold a trademark on the term MP3 or Download only the combination as used in our domain name and company name. Any combination you want to buy that does not use our full name, MP3DownloadHQ in the name is fine with us. In fact encouraged, may I suggest a few that are open right now:

mp3musicsales.net
nakedmp3.net
downloadmymp3s.com
mymp3locker.com
mp3s4me.net
mp3easydownloads.com

As for the dmoz stuff, you folks are probably much better at it than we are.

As for the program selling to porn audiences. Exit traffic, definitely the place to start. We have some 600x400 creative that has been doing well on a few sites that we test on.

Our core market is the 300M users that have downloaded Kazaa , Morpheus and the rest of the P2P field, and the hordes of others who just want to have it explained to them before they take the plunge into online music downloads through Peer to Peer.

We have FAQ'a and tutorials on over 15 of the most popular file sharing applications out there. Many new users of these apps haven't a clue on what they are downloading and installing and we help them through it. We offer them e-mail support and the online knowledge base. Beyond that, they are free to download whatever they want (of course we do not support file swapping of copyrighted material, but the again, suing 15 year olds, isn't exactly the solution we need either).

I hope this clears up a little bit of what we are about. If you have any questions feel free to e-mail me or let me know through the board. I am glad to be a sponsor and look forward to getting feedback on the program and how we can improve it to increase conversions.

Thanks again for giving us a shot, if more people download it than porn, how can it be wrong .
