Ok, isn't 2257 a law as it is?
To change a law don't you need a new bill and doesn't it have to go thru the whole process of becoming a law again?
They are trying to make a new law, so they have to start over, they can't just keep changing an established law to suite their whims.
I didn't like that first article. It said 2257 is aimed at stopping child porn. That is so far from the f'ing truth. The only person cracking down on child porn is Oprah.
Leave us alone already, I have a nice cottage industry going here between me myself and my pussy. It has nothing to do with minors. And if they start taxing porn on the net they better tax everything else. If they do, I'm gonna give pics of my pussy away for free and put a link to 1-800-FLOWERS under them.
"The California law goes from soup to nuts," one industry executive said. "There's not one shadow of any evidence that the movie industry doesn't protect children."
AND THERE IS NOT ONE SHRED OF EVIDENCE THAT THE PORN INDUSTRY DOESN'T PROTECT THEM EITHER-AHOLES!!!
Thanks and have a nice day |blowkiss|
