For paysite review things, you need to contact each one individually and make arrangements. Some of them will list you only if you provide an override or a percentage on referals, or other "spiff" for the listing. Some of them list anyone regardless, and some of them allow you to buy higher listings (sad but true).

If you are looking to submit a paysite you own to link lists, it depend on your situation. If you have no program or way to pay affiliates, you are pretty much SOL. If you do have an affiliate program, then it is probably a good idea to approach individual link site owners and see if they are interested in joining your program. HINT: Don't spam. Make individual and personal contact one by one, not in bulk.

Your alternative (and much easier and more productive longterm) would be to use small amounts of content from your membership site to build freesites that could then be submitted. You can build more than one free site and submit each day, garnering more traffic in that manner.

Sometimes the best road is not the shortest.
