DSL died at the house, presumably because we are served by an SLC and the batteries prefer voice communications over DSL. Phone line died about two hours later, thus, no ability to dial in.

I did check your trouble ticket, tested the 'Change Password' function and verified that it did indeed work. I didn't see any failed authentication attempts but left notes in the trouble ticket for you (along with a password that I reset and tested).
