http://www.frenchcum.com/hardlinks.php I made an autosubmit page for hardlinks deals on my index (PR4 with 1650 google backlinks, hope for PR5 very soon) and on my 14 category pages (PR3 or PR4).
Please add targeted pages or sites to categories.
I got not many external links and search for pages with low number of external links too. Rules are explained on my page.
