Many of you may be aware of this development from 2003 when MS actually lost is first appeal on a patent infringment suit regarding IE and plug ins. Well the verdict is final.

Besides the obvious, it also might give pause for thought to those paysites or others planning a system as to how they might be handling "plug-ins" generally.
Somewhere down the line this decision is going to have some serious impact in the world of browsers?
While on the subject of law.... anybody know if and where the public filings, motions, etc. that FSC supposedly filed might be on the web? I'm a member but just too lazy to go over and look besides I just got a hunch, willing to bet, I just know there not on the FSC website, and then I'll get annoyed, so I'm not going to look?
