If you mean something illegal like "undarage girls" on the hosting - in this case the hosting company must delete this user. But you didn't give me the examples.
So you just decided to add some hosting company to your blacklist because you don't use it and some linklist cheaters use it? What will you do when they come to your hosting - ban it too?
