400lb man's death ruled a homicide

ONLY because there was a struggle with other people. The beating caused "marks" on the lower half of his body. NO internal injuries. He had taken cocaine within 3 hours of his death (at the most), PCP within 5 hours of his death (at the most), he had methanol in his system. He also had more cocaine, and cigs dipped in PCP in his vehicle. And, he had heart disease. Basically because of all of those things, and the strain on his heart because of the struggle...he died.
