I totally agree with you; the problem that arises is when they send out an email saying you've linked to a forbidden site (totally understandable for things to be automated up to this point), and you email them back explaining the context, and the rep responding can't figure out that the site shouldn't be blacklisted or is afraid to make that kind of a judgement call or even to ask a supervisor's opinion before hammering out responses on how they absolutely positively refuse to look at context and context doesn't matter one whit. It shouldn't be THAT hard to figure out that Scarleteen or Margaret Cho's blog (as two examples) are not porn sites, not peddling obscene content, etc.
